The Chick N' Friends Technology Training Academy offers comprehensive real-time classroom and on-the-job training programs using the "Chick N' Friends" menu concept now in its' 18 year of operation in Columbia, Maryland.
The technology-based Chick N' Friends Business Model is listed #35 of the "Top 45 Best Fried Chicken Restaurants in America".
The menu concept has both fried and heart-healthy offerings to include: pressure fried and rotisserie chicken, seafood specialties, and a cold-pressed juice and salad bar.
Education is the core to our training program, and requires classroom course work in Business Administration, Customer Service, Food service Certification, and additional coursework as outlined in our curriculum.
Training programs are hands-on, real-time, and modular, allowing for a diverse experience in menu development and restaurant operations management.

Chick N' Friends Technology Training Academy's curriculum includes business orientation, customer service/professional etiquette, culinary interface, restaurant operations management and food service certification. The Academy's eligibility and hiring policies include open interviews with all interested candidates, no high school diploma required to apply.
Each candidate will be interviewed and background checked for evaluation prior to acceptance and hiring. The Academy's mission is to offer jobs and career training and development to all that apply, each candidate's personal curriculum will be based on their individual profile and aptitude for career development in the restaurant and hospitality industries.
The Food Service Skills Institute, Inc. will be collaborating with all human resource and employment agencies throughout targeted markets. Both public and private employment agencies, institutions and organizations are also collaborative candidates.
Each Chick N' Friends location will target community action groups and committees in order to promote our services and job opportunities to all that have an interest in the restaurant and hospitality industries.
